customers through TCS EXPRESS.

bbmsouq.com currently delivers all over GCC countries, Pakistan and India.
Delivery Fees

Our shipping fee is SAR 10 delivery charges ± SAR 10 on COD per merchant items per order.
– Example 1: if you buy one item from Seller A, your total shipping charges will be SAR 10 delivery charges ± SAR 10 on COD.
– Example 2: if you buy three items from Seller A and two items from Seller B, your total shipping charges will be SAR 20 delivery charges ± SAR 20 on COD. Delivery charges may change depending on the weight and size of the product.

Free Shipping

Some merchants might sponsor covering the shipping cost of certain products that they are selling. This means the seller will bear the shipping cost of those items.
– Items that are eligible for Free Shipping will show a “free shipping” sign.
– Your order delivery fee breakdown will be mentioned during your order checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time and Tracking

Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product in the product details page and during the checkout process, depending on the preparation time that the merchants have committed to, plus bbmsouq.com courier collection time from the merchant and delivery to the customer. For example, if a merchant prepares their product within one day of your order submission, in this case it is possible that the delivery time would happen within a minimum of one (1) business day of your order (estimate will be within 1 to 3 working days).

We aim to process and ship your order within the delivery time mentioned during checkout. However, sometimes due to out-of-hand circumstances, such as the merchant taking more than the anticipated time to prepare the order, or during busy sale periods, deliveries may take more time to be delivered. Order Status and Tracking

When your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via your registered email address to make sure that you will be available at your registered address to receive the shipment. Additionally, you can also login to your BBM SOUQ account to track the status of your orders as follows:
1. Log in to your BBM SOUQ account.
2. Click on your name displayed in the top menu.
3. Click on My Orders from the drop down menu.
4. Locate the order you wish to check
5. Click on Status to know the status of each product in this order.
